Always enjoy I relaxing day, the T-Rex Cafe is a ton of fun for kids, foods pretty decent but the atmosphere is really cool. Love the clip of the boat ride with the fam. The big Disney store is so awesome just so much stuff I want to buy... You might need one more lightsaber

Each barrel had a wheel in the center that could manipulate the direction & speed of the barrel. If inclined you could just sit and relax as the floor turned around, as some family types would. Or you could be immature and nearly get kicked off the ride for not knowing when to say stop with your barrel - a team could create chaos. No set number of members to a barrel, two to ten could seat.

I haven't seen that Vamos parade in a minute. Fun video.

Here's all I'll do at AK on my solo trip in Sept - Flight of Passage, Everest, Dinosaur, and Nomad Lounge! If my son were with me, I'd do the Gorilla Trails and maybe the Safari.

Slinky Dog was a one and done for me. I can't handle "no rails" rides. LOL! I only do Rise, Toy Story Mania, Star Tours, and Ogas. Oh, yeah, and Baseline Taphouse!

So This wasn't Tom's Twister, this building has been in the park since it's opening. Tom's was located back next to the Illinois train station.

They were called Hannibarrels and the main rotating platform would actually tilt

I was born in 1970 so only a year before Six Flags opened. They were always referred to as The Drunken Barrels as far back as I recall. When Six Flags opened, I was too young or too short to go on what my parents called "The Big Kid's Rides," but my Mom ever so patiently stood in line with me multiple times so she and I could ride the Mo Mo Monster. The smell of the blacktop pathways will forever be etched in my memory.

Wow, as a kid I thought the drop was huge! Now as an old man (58) it's not. However, I really like the fact it's an OG ride from '71 and I hope they keep it OG.

I'm in Playacar right now. I went to Tulum yesterday. Very very hot there but lovely breeze at the top near the castle overlooking the sea. Well worth a trip.Take an umbrella to shade from the sun. The swimming with turtles and swimming in the caves is amazing.

Thunder River is my favorite ride by far! So much fun!

Interesting tour, there's lots of shaded parts so use them wisely.
